Well! It's Gerald Bauer; I'm not all that surprised. :)

My respect for him has just been lowered even further. And I thought that wouldn't be possible.

He even posted a comment on your original entry, which rules out him coming up with the poll choices independently ...

Well, the point of the poll is to find out what has changed since Neal post the first Mozilla XUL usage poll last year. If you think I can't come up with my own poll, stop by at the Java Republic @ http://viva.sourceforge.net/republic/2004/04/poll_results_do_you_want_to_see_java_set_free_that_is_open_sourced.html

Also note the Mozilla XUL poll is a respone the xul-talk discusson titled "Who's Mr. Mozilla XUL? Is Mozilla XUL an orphan? Is Mozilla XUL dead?". See http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.xul.general/292 for details.

Just to let you know I've posted a new message to the mozilla-xul list titled "About The Mozilla XUL Usage Poll (Source: Neal Deakin XUL Planet Blog)" to clarify the source. See http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mozilla-xul/message/19
