I'm currently working on some significant new features for Topicalla. These features are very exciting. Here are some hints as to what they involve:
What's your plan for saving? If you're interested in doing

I think WebDAV only works for files or for file-like things. Topicalla works with RDF triples, so I'd need a way to send a list of arbitrary triples to a server which aren't necessarily tied to any URL associated with the server that is being saved to.
For instance, to add a triple between someone one knows and their email address.
Normal GET/POST would seem to be the only option in the case of HTTP.

I think Joseki and Sesame can act as (web) server repositories in this fashion.
