It not an easy task to remain slim and smart when there is lots of junk food and quick meals around us. Beside the meal, our lifestyle and day to day working habits left very little or no time to exercise or work out.  And once a person starts getting weight, it becomes difficult for him or her to control appetite as with the increase in body weight, you need more food to fulfill your body energy needs.   • Start your day by choosing a good breakfast that can pass your time till lunch. So that you don’t need some biscuit or cookies before lunchtime. Don’t go for heavy breakfast that has lots of sugary cereals or bread. Try to eat wholemeal or oatmeal toast as they release carbohydrate slowly and it suffice you appetite till lunch. You can use some fruit juices or fresh barriers for vitamin boost.
  • Walking can burn your extra calories. Try to add some walk in your routine work. If you go to your office by car, park it to some nearby parking that can give you at least 10 to 15  minutes walk or if you go by bus than leave it a stop earlier. According to a medical research a 30 to 60 minutes daily walk is good for health. This will helps in boosting metabolism and reducing weight.
  • Try to eat such food products that has low calories but full of nutrition. In vegetables you can use, cauliflower, spinach, tomato, mushrooms and cucumber and in fruits you can eat apple, blue barriers, orange, grapes, strawberries and pineapple. These things produce fewer calories but have lots of nutrition so they will help you reducing weight.
  • Try to avoid such food item that has rich carbohydrates. Carbohydrates provide high amount of calories in body and are one of the major cause of weight increase. So if you want to lose weight then don’t go for bakery items like cakes, pizza and sweets.
  • If you are already over weight and want to lose weight than start avoiding meat, especially the red meat. Try to add vegetables and fruits often in your daily eating plan.
  • Take some green tea by adding some lemon drops after each meal. This will also helps in weight loss.
